Delta Commander and Beta Participant Badge Issues

    First of all, I did buy the game in beta on steam before gamma started. So the issue I am having is that I don't have the Beta Participant badge, and I cant use the Delta Commander, which I could use in beta. What is happening? I know I should have the badge and be able to use the delta commander so can anyone help me?
