Delay with NO fps drop

Hi there,
ever since the latest update(which when I am writing this is Gamma 0.62519) I have had delay in commands in game being carried out with no drop in fps. I watched the output of Ctrl+P while the problems were occurring and it never dropped below 70fps.

I am running a very current middle of the line gaming rig and all of my drivers were updated <24 hours ago.

Any suggestions?

@Quitch had that recently too. See his thread. No solutions though...
