I need some advice on how to get the best quality from my cap card. I currently live stream at www.justin.tv/mcxshammas using adobe FME 3.1 If you watch any of my streamed videos, there is a bit of lag and I want to know how I can reduce it. Which settings should I use? etc. Any help is appreciated.
1) Are you on PC or Mac? 2) Does your machine skimp on processor or RAM? You may want to check out FRAPS
I'm on PC, it's a laptop, and it doesn't have much RAM. I thought Fraps only worked for capping computer games?
Yeah, I forgot you werre streaming live to Justin.tv and not just capping video for a later use. Do you find the video lagging with other games you stream, or is it just MNC? I would think that with a laptop you are hurting due to lower RAM, a lower end video card, and a mobile processor.
