Custom resolutions need to be enterable in the video setting

So, I changed the resolution of the game by editing the appropriate .ini file.

The problem is, whenever I go to the video options screen in the game, it doesn't recognize the new resolution, so if I save the settings, it changes the resolution back to whatever it wants to.

I don't really expect "custom" resolutions per se, but I would like to make a small request for 1360X768 (16:9) to be added to the options, for the same reason Pikamander2 has outlined. I don't really mind modifying the .ini to set it up but if it's a trivial addition it would be much appreciated!
