Creating as new dedicated server

Hi, im wondering if anyone can give ma a tutorial on how to create a dedicated server? i've managed to somehow make it appear on the internet tab, but it doesn't seem like anyone can connect to it. The error says "The connection to the host has failed. You cannot join the game session".

I've port forwarded to both tcp and udp for 27000-27050 and 7777-7780. And i don't know if there are any other things i need to do. I've also attached the log for using hlds to open the server, and i'm wondering if there are some issues stated there that can help you, help me find out what the problem is. Thank you
