Crashing at the first screen

I have been out of the game for like 3 months, and now that I'm back I'm facing this problem:
When starting the game, the first screen is the PA Beta Disclaimer; if I click accept, it crashes; if I click anywhere else, it crashes too; if I click 2 anytimes anywhere, the game closes itself.
tried like 10 times in a row and in two times I was able to click the Accept real fast, it proceeded to next screen, and while connecting to the ubernet... (guess what!).... it crashed!
I already tried validating the game cache via steam, and even reinstalling the game, but no sucess

I play on Samsung Intel i7 2.20 GHz, 8GB RAM, Win 7-64 home premium

Then you need to update drivers for AMD Radeon HD 6490M. Open this page:

Download and install "Latest Beta Driver".
