Crash when starting up launcher.

So, I found this game like a year ago, or when it was still in beta, and I absolutely loved it, I then got bored after a while and uninstalled it. But recently, I saw the new update and wanted to play it again. But, every time I try to open the PAlauncher, it always crashes. I managed to find the log for it:

To make things easier, my comp is 4GB, but I managed to play it before I uninstalled it.

Well, that's weird then. Could you post a DxDiag.txt? You can make one by pressing <WinKey>+R, typing "dxdiag", and pressing "Save All Information...". Upload the resulting file here using the "Upload a File" button on this forum.

There seems to be something wrong with your graphics drivers there. All of the field are empty. That's not right.

Can you try downloading the drivers again from http://support.amd.com/en-us/download/desktop?os=Windows 7 - 64 ?
Before you install those, can you first uninstall any Catalyst software as well as any AMD stuff related to graphics? Then reboot your computer and only then install the freshly downloaded drivers. You may need to reboot again afterwards.

If the launcher still doesn't work then, could you make a new DxDiag.txt and post it here to see if the reinstall at least corrected the DxDiag information?

I don't know if that helped with anything or not, but the PALauncher still won't work:

Nope, it seemed that didn't help. The field are still blank. This is probably the cause:

You might want to check your system files with the sfc tool that comes with Windows. Instructions are here: https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/kb/929833
