Its happened thus far 3 times, twice in galactic war and now a third time after I have finished a ranked game. I have no idea whats causing it and have messed around with graphics settings and such. It hasn't done this before the most recent patch. I will continue to mess around with settings to see if I can't get this fixed on my own as I'm used to trouble shooting.

What OS are you using? If Windows, can you upload your DxDiag.txt here? (Press <Win>+R, type "dxdiag" and press "Save All Information..."). If Linux or Mac, what graphics card do you have and which driver version and OS version? Do you use Steam or the UberLauncher?

I think it may be because you haven't installed the update for Windows 8.1. So you are missing some Windows updates that could cause issues like that. I noticed Far Cry 4 also crashed on you for instance.

The error in you DxDiag points to ntdll.dll, but there are a myriad of reasons that could cause that, so start by catching up with the Microsoft updates.

Alright, I'll try rebooting for those updates but I've grown far too used to windows 8 and don't want to download 8.1 as I have heard quite a lot about it that I don't like. I'm fine without a windows button anyways, its the other things that come with it that put me off of it.

    Edit:
    Nope, that didn't work.

Well, I wouldn't know about that, since I don't run Windows. That's the first time I've heard about somebody not wanting to update from 8 to 8.1. Does Microsoft still push out updates for Windows 8 as well as for 8.1 then? Anyway, your choice of course. :)

Let us know is the regular updates fix your crashing problems.

Yea, they still push out regular updates for the original windows 8 but it has this thing where occasionally it'll pop up a thing asking if you want to update to 8.1 There is no way to make it go away permanently except messing with files that could potentially ruin the system. At least it only shows up upon a boot up from a fresh reboot or from sleep mode.

Nope. the updates didn't work, only increased the errors. I experienced a problem where I couldn't click on anything, all I could do was move my mouse around. Not even hitting f5 would fix any of the UI errors, I was simply left unable to do anything.

Bah. Do you use any of the software on this list by any chance?

I noticed you have an USB headset. Could you try unplugging those and try PA again? I've heard a few reports of USB headsets causing trouble for some reason.

And I found a bunch of possible fixes for the ntdll.dll error that appears in your dxdiag.txt here:
    http://pcsupport.about.com/od/fixtheproblem/a/ntdlldll.htm
Although I don't know if any of those will help of course. I'm not sure what else could be wrong.

I'll give these a try but the only way I can know for sure is if it crashes upon a match ending. This is going to get tedious, funny if it ends up being just a bug with the most recent patch as I never had any of these problems before the patch. But if that's the case then it'll end up rendering it unplayable till the next update rolls out and who knows how that'll be.

I haven't noticed this before but when in game, there are several black stripes in the upper left corner over my commander icon, don't know if this helps but hopefully it might. Also no I don't use any of the software on that list.

Yeah the black stripes are a new bug they introduced in the hotfix from this week. It's supposed to indicate that that player is no longer on-line, but they broke it with the hotfix. It will be fixed in the next patch (Dec 18 by the way and PTE's in between).

And yeah, tedious. Sorry about that. I hope the disconnecting of the USB headset or any of the stuff from the link works for you.
