When playing Galatic wars(yes I'm a scrub) I always crash while playing a game, my drivers are suppose to be updated. Here's the DXdiag.

Sorry to tell you sir, but AMD did not release their lastest STABLE driver, most beta drivers that are available can cause bluescreens(a lot sometimes) and the one I can download is actually breaking the image quality because of the dvi-hdmi cable used, tried a lot of things. According to most sources my tv is to blame.
Okay, have you tried playing on an actual computer monitor? I had some screen issues when I used a TV as my monitor on an old computer of mine.
Yes, I tried for a few days and just for fun I tried reinstalling 14.7 and it broke my image quality yet again....
I can't do anything about it except getting a new monitor... which is bad since it's not a small price to invest.
