Console Commands on my own Dedi?

Is it possible to unlock the console for admin(mine) accounts on your dedicated server? I use the devcam and playersonly to take screenshots, which is hard to do when the bots and such give me such a limited time. (not to mention my HUD is in the way.)

So is there a way to change my settings on my dedicated server to allow an admin login or something that can make the console actually work?
