Console Command for switching Teams in Crossfire?

I recently made a topic on how I could not play a 1v1 crossfire match.

A reply said to enter Changeteam into the Console, but that seems to require parameters as to what team the user wants to switch to.

I've tried every variation of HotShots and Icemen, but neither me or my brother switched teams. I also found the SwitchTeam command, which also did nothing.

Could someone explain how to switch teams for a small match of Crossfire?
