You double posted. Also, one most common way this happens, is if you use mods. Mainly, outdated ones. Try clearing all mods and running to see if it works. Then, re add the mods one at a time making sure each one works. If you have to, delete your PA folder but not your launcher just outside the folder and reinstall from the launcher the whole game.
