Commander nanolathe

Looking at the unit wiki, the commander has the same build speed as an adv ground fabber. I was wondering if they'd make it like TA where hands down, the commander had the best nanolathe.

It doesn't have the Best Build Rate(but it's still tied for the best build rate at least) but it's still the most efficient Builder, 30M/s for only 1500E/s compared to the Bot/Tank Advanced Fabbers with 30M/s for 3000E/s.

It's not a huge difference, but that could be tweaked down the line, the problem is just that the commander has that build rate at ALL stages of the game, so changing it will have a domino effect of a lot of the early game timing and needs to be accounted for.

36 metal/s for 4200 energy/s sounds worse than 30 metal/s for 1500 energy/s

Its not more efficient, but it is indeed a better build rate ^_^
