Okay this one is something I noticed that's pretty much game breaking. So you have a commander just picked up by an astraeus and you sent it back into orbit in preparation to get it away to another planet as your base is about to be overran but then suddenly you get a message 'Commander is under attack' and the astraeus (that has reached orbit) is destroyed by an army on the ground with no orbital units in the area that could of caused it. This just happened to me I was in Galactic war and a spinner suddenly decided it can shoot an astraeus in orbit not as it went up it had reached and was stationary in orbit and in the process kill my commander. Fortunatly I have sub-commanders so I didn't lose outright but seriously how hasn't this been noticed yet?
