I hope people release this. all these "gamers" play is call of duty 9 billion at once on average. But call of duty is not the best game on xbox (by FAR NOT THE BEST GAME) it makes me so mad. Everything ABOUT IT is just horrible here is all this other games Like far cry 2 which is ENDLESS due to the AMAZING map creator. that nobody will play because all they do is play black ops. F**** U activision
So long as people are enjoying themselves I don't see the issue. I play good games. If other people want to play something I think is crap they're welcome to.
Let people play what they want i personally will never ever buy a mainstream game again like halo or call of duty because of all the freaking 12 year olds.
everyone has a right to enojoy whatever game they may. but there is truth to this. cod and halo although both great AAA games. are at their roots very basic yet well put together shooters. that have broken sales records because of this most dev publishers try to follow suit. draining the gaming community of orginal titles that take chances and bring something fresh and new too the genre. halo 1 great game its really the game that made me love fps games halo 2 brought that experience online. halo3 was the same just looked slightly better. halo reach the same thing. am i the only one that feels like i've been playing the same halo game for over a decade? same thing goes for cod. thats why i hope brink lives up to my expectations. we neeed something new that can become huge to move the genre forward. thats why we need more monday night combats more team fortress possibly more brink. hel even section 8 is good it just never took off. it's not a noob or casual friendly game.
Did you play Halo 2? I agree with you until this statement because Halo's 2 + 3 were so different (especially game play). They took the competitive community of Halo 2 by the ears and fucked it in the face. No joke. Bungie made it to where everyone was decent in Halo 3 and now there's like a billion "MLG pro" wanna-be's. Such a disappointment... RIP Halo 2
what i ment by same was it didnt really do anything new to push the game forward. it actually ruined the meta wich would be a step backwards right?
Fo sho. They tried little things that were new like introducing the AR and other minor adjustments but just destroyed it.
