when the game starts there is a delay in building with commander. You try to get him to build but he sits there and then 2 minutes later he starts building. but what you do to fix it is click on the clock button in right hand corner while in game and then click off and the commander will start building like normal and the lag from the bug will be gone. please let me know if it worked for you to click the clock and unclick for game to go back to normal because a lot of people I have played with so far tried it when I explained what to do and it worked for them and it didn't work for a couple of other people.
