Clan Tags?

Would it be possible to have clan tags, a 3-4 digit that goes on the end of a name. Similar to a few games i know, but it would be a nice feature. Or if you went more HALO2 clan status having a name and symbol would be pretty cool, just to start showing those MNC teams everyone plays with. It could possibly increase private match throwdowns and tournaments

Yeah I'm not exactly happy about the addition of the tags... specifically for the reason Deadstretch just stated.
