Chat Issues Post-Dashboard Update

I'm not sure if anyone else has noticed this, and if they have already posted it I am sorry. Since I have downloaded the dashboard update, sometimes people will be unable to hear you chat in game chat in crossfire matches. Other times, people can hear you chat, but you cannot hear anyone else chat. Disconnecting from the game and reconnecting to the same game fixes the issue. Not sure exactly what causes it, but it might be related to being in a party and switching to game chat, but I am not sure. Has anyone else noticed this?
