Is it just me or Charge LVL 3 is kinda worse than LVL 2?
Sometimes with I used Charge LVL 2 to kill Assassin... It kills by one charge (she had full hp).
Sometimes I see action to use more time Charge LVL 2 instead LVL 3 simply because LVL 3 focus on one person.
Charge LVL 2 gives decent damage and push everybody.

I don't Know if It's buff or nerf for LVL 3 that , when you use it it Grapple your enemy and deal around (90% on assassins).
Charge LVL 2 deals the same damage without animation of grappling and It push.

Maybe It's a bug , but I think It's possible to kill by one charge on ANY level while being in air (low jump and use jet-pack then).

    P.S| Tank is OP

And yet Charge rush is glitchy (maybe It's for me but sometimes Charge LVL 3 at the end of his animation goes slower than normal walk).

The Lv3 grapple does more damage than the Lv2 charge. Lv3 non-grapple damage (when the assault or the target is in the air) should now do the same damage as Lv2 charge.

    Lv3 advantages:
    - Faster cooldown
    - More damage if the grapple connects
    - Much greater ringout capability

    Lv3 disadvantages:
    - Can't charge through a group of bots
    - Can't hit multiple people
    - Makes you very vulnerable to other players
    - Costs $400

If you just press hover and then use Lv3 charge, you can still end up grappling when you don't want to. If you try to jump and then immediately charge, there's a bug that will often make your charge go nowhere.

One cool idea that's been mentioned several times around here would be to make it so Lv3 charge only grapples if you continue to hold down the charge key, and act just like the lower level charges if you release it.

Lvl2 Charge does 300 damage so it will kill an Assassin without armor/overheal
Lvl3 does 300 damage unless the grapple connects, then it's 450

So if a Sin is surviving a lvl3 grapple, she's using Gold armor

Level 3 charge is bad because it costs 400.

    Sadly it's true.

I think the point of buying Charge LVL 3 is that you can try for 100% sure kick off Assassins.

    Also bugs....

I am assuming you are playing mainly Assault based on your OP. Tank is easy to kill as Assault. Just don't engage him up close. Unless he is really good with his rail gun you should be able to kill him. Also, get good at headcrabbing, it OHKO's tanks.

juice > charge 3, thus charge 3 is bad for similar cost.

that depends entirely on the situation..

I'd say you're comparing apples to oranges, but I think you went a few steps beyond that

I would use charge 3 if it cost $399

After a decent kill streak (I think 7 or 9) you can get roughly $100 streak bonus for every other kill. If you can get 3-4 kills per juice, you will make roughly ~300 back, so each juice ends up costing you $200.

In general, I'd rather have a juice available for use than a charge off cooldown.

Absolutely. $400 is outrageous, but $399 is perfectly fine thanks to it costing a whole $100 less and $9 and $9 more. So much cheaper, devs.

    Dat English.

(If you read it out, it says "400 dollars is outrageous, but 399 dollars is perfectly fine thanks to it costing a whole 100 dollars less and 9 dollars and 9 dollars more.")
