When joining a blitz server with 0 players, users should be able to choose with blitz type to play. Admins should be able to disable this at will, but currently there are some blitz types with no servers for them and the most common is normal sudden death blitz, by far. Perhaps after a game, extend the post-scoreboard delay and allow users to vote. Listen servers instead give the power directly to the host to decide which blitz type is next, and other users are notified of the choice so they may leave or continue.
