I'm so unlucky... This has been happening since a few galactic builds, I simply can't type a "1" on my laptop... When I type a 1 (that is shift+1 on my azerty) it doesn't type anything, worse, it selects the text. If I don't click and press another key, It'll delete the text and type that key (which is what normally happens when you have text selected). But why is selecting the text? Why is this a problem? Well my password contains a 1! It doesn't happen in the launcher, thank god for that. This is really annoying and haven't seen this before in any game. But it's kinda funny at the same time. Side problem - I can't start any game in PTE, it counts down in the lobby .... and nothing happens.
I think it's similar to can't write @ character. I had to copy-paste my email when making uberent account ingame (started from steam). In my scandinavic keyboard @ is made with AltGr+2. (AltGr is a key directly right side of spacebar, and acts as 4th modifier add to Ctrl, Alt and Shift). Some keys on my keyboard can do 3 different characters.
