Can't play MNC after renewing Gold

EDIT: UPDATE! I HAD TO PLAY ANOTHER XBOX LIVE ARCADE GAME FIRST! Problem fixed!

I've played MNC before, but I let my XBL run out shortly after the release of Spunky Cola. I renewed my Gold about 3 hours ago, just so I can play some MNC, and I get this error screen.



Any idea what a probable cause is? I'm 18, so its not due to age restrictions. Am I missing a patch or something? I've already played a couple other games so my Gold is back. I'm only getting this problem with MNC!
