Can't Open Launcher

I cannot open the PA Launcher, it says "Ubernet.exe has stopped working" Please help. (My system meets all minimum requirements) (operating System: Windows Vista)

This game isn't going to work on this onboard (integrated into motherboard) graphics. Though if you buy some proper discrete graphics card with power supply it's will work, but with some cursor glitches due to some Vista specifics.

Anyway I can refund the game?

Actually, Where can I buy the card/ which one to buy/ how much/ How do I put it in.

I suggest you read this article, to pick out a good, capable GPU for your money. However, you will probably want to upgrade your OS as well while you're at it.... Vista is getting a bit old at this point.
