I had to make this alternate account to even be able to post this. So I tried logging into the Uberent.com store to verify my email for alpha access, and to my dismay it refuses to accept my password (I record them all, I know its correct). So I try the account recovery option, but after entering my email and clicking "Get account info", it just pops up a page with "Sorry, an error occurred while processing your request." Its been doing this for a couple days. I sent an email to uberent support, but have yet to get a reply. Can ANYONE help me out with this issue?! I have a good chunk of cash invested in this game, and I'm starting to worry that I'm just going to lose it.
Well I have no idea why, but after my (insert large number here) attempt, I finally got the password reset. My issue is resolved, but I saw at least one other person with the same problem, so maybe someone should look into this?
