Can't launch game. (Just got it)

    Even tho I formated my pc yesterday, I think I installed all drivers, but still, it can't launch. :/

    Microsoft Windows 8.1 Pro x64
    Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-3570K CPU @ 3.40GHz, 3401 MHz
    RAM DDR3 6.0 Go CORSAIR
    HD RADEON 7800 GDDR5 2048Mo
