cant get server to show in lobby

I tried everything , even the post by another member.

server starts but never shows in the lobby. I am running it on one of my dedicted server boxes and it seems to start up fine but the server never shows up.

I thought maybe becuse I just used a copy of the game from my main steam account that there was a problem. I bought a second copy for my server using me servers steam account but still does the same thing .

what gives , the lobby only shows about 14 servers for me at one time
