Can't even click accept...

So i bought the game for $60 which is quite a lot for a game in beta. And i can't even click accept in the beginning with the disclaimer... Ive tried restarting my PC but nothing helps.

I´m sure there must be a "real" solution, but maybe you can "click" on accept using the spacebar right after reaching the main menu.

As soon as i click with my mouse, ( spacebar doesn't help.) the game crashes and closes.
