If you use Comodo for your Internet Security, you may have issues logging into the game. Comodo recently had an update which reset the sandbox settings and the PA executable was put in the sandbox. Adding an exclusion to the sandbox can solve the problem. To add an exclusion to the sandbox, go to: Security Settings > Defense+ > Behavior Blocker > check "define exclusions for behaviour blocking" and add an exclusion for PA I am working with Comodo to add Planetary Annihilation to the "White List" and prevent this issue from occurring in the future.
