So about 1 week ago (10/11) I had a problem with steam and the PA armory saying "cannot complete purchase" I didn't know what was happening but I thought they were linked somehow (I know Uber Entertainment does not run steam but I thought that the purchase process was similar) Fast forward to yesterday (10/17) I signed into steam and to my surprise I sucessfully bought something! But alas when I tried to buy something from the armory in PA and said the same thing. I read something about "anonymous proxies" but, I don't know, can someone help me.
