Can you make a normal server?

    And by normal i mean "that anyone can join on the game".

    It's quite hard for me (sometimes) to find a server, so i would really enjoy making a server =D

    i tried making a listen server few months ago and it doesn't work, but i'm not aware if this has been fixed since i never tried again.
