Can not install MNC. Installation gets stuck.

I bought MNC like a week ago and still can't get it to work. The problem is that when I try to install it on Steam. The progress gets stuck at "creating local game cache files" and never moves from that action. The progress bar is at full and it's past the download stage and on to the "preparing Monday night combat files for install" stage.

I really need some help with this issue. I already tried reinstalling the steam registry (BLOB) and I can't verify any cache files because the game isn't even installed yet. I would totally appreciate any help you guys could give me. :?

hmm i run a filter that will only download steam files from australian based servers

the situation you describe is what i experienced when i first went to install MNC as it is not hosted on any aus steam servers after i disabled the filter MNC installed normally

so perhaps you are not connecting to any steam servers that host the MNC files

Actually, the files have already finished downloading as I mentioned if you read a little more. You see, Steam first downloads the files, then makes the cache, then installs them. I'm stuck at the "cache" part. Also, I live in the United States, so I download from a U.S based server. I have also tried different servers and no progress. Thanks though, any other suggestions?
