    Can I run PA:Titans with Intel(R) Core(TM) i3-2310M CPU @ 2.10GHz, Intel(R) HD Graphics 3000 and 8 gb Ram

    Your weakness is for sure integrated graphics. CPU is also not the best, because two cores, but could be ok. I have no idea, but Intel HD is a big "no no".
