Can I get commander skins as items or keys?

I am organising a PA tournament in a local gaming society I run and I would like to have commander skins as prizes. I think this has been asked before... is it possible to, somehow, get a key or something similar?

When I asked this before, I was told to PM @jables and @mkrater. They don't normally have a way to get just the codes, but these two might be able to help you out.

Would be nice if we could give away double commanders as well
(Bought the digital deluxe twice to also own it on steam )

but... didn't we get the option to convert game key to Steam key?

Gamekey we do, but not the deluxe dlc key, I asked support
