Can´t Log in

Hello PA Team,

when i try to log in to the game i become this error:

I can log in with my userid and password to my account.
So they are correct. Could you please help?

While you're waiting on your answer, be sure to email support@uberent.com so you can get the help you need.

This isn't the right place for it really, but.. if you're logging into the forums, your user ID and password works.

So barring that, I'd check to make sure you're not being overly restrictive on your firewall.

I deactivated the firewall to test it.
But same problem.

There is no way for users to register there, doesn't sending an e-mail to support@uberent.com make it end up there?

Emailing support at uberent also works, without having to go to the website.

But if you want to add an attachment, email won't work. It can only be uploaded through the site.
