I'm using mouse wheel to pan the screen (holding it down), however sometimes when i'm panning around a planet then release the middle mouse button, it keeps panning wherever I move the cursor on screen which is weird and frustrating, especially when commander is about to be avoidably annihilated. I've noticed it gets really jerky when it does this and it only stops when i open menu (esc) then resume. N.B I've tried using different mouses so it's not a mechanical problem and I've heard this from other people too.
