I was playing ammo mule and some pesky assault did nothing but spawn buzzers the whole match.. I noticed both my rockets were up but the moneyball had been damaged and dropped. Little did I know my team was being spammed with buzzers on both sides.

Anyone else have the moneyball breached because of bot spawns?

yep i see it happen if they make it to the base and they dont have any enemy pros to chase or turrets to attack

    thats the thing though...
    Both rockets were up...
My team was on both sides...
Don't understand it.. they just went straight for the ball when there were things to hit

You know what, there have been a bunch of times where my teams Moneyball would just mysteriously drop while I seen no bots around and at least both starting Rock-It's were there. This may very well be the reason why.

They do it in Blitz too, especially if you're near the Moneyball when they detonate to attack you.

I've seen a few times where blackjacks would ignore turrets, and my firebase and go straight for the Moneyball.... They shot at me while they did it. I don't know if that has anything to do with it though.

    Edit: What StarPilot said. :)

Ive seen bouncers bypass pros and turrets to pounce on the moneyball. Stands to reason buzzers might do the same. Would explain some mystery breaches, like Stretch was saying.

If enemy bots have a Pro targeted they will ignore turrets and follow you to the Moneyball. Once at the Moneyball they forget about you and jump up on it.

My favorite route of dealing with Jackbots. Make sure they are targeting you and they will just walk into your base, ignoring all the turrets shooting at it. (just don't get out of range or Jackbot will start shooting at them)

Edit: Which makes me wonder, I never saw a Gapshot hit the moneyball, I bet it looks weird when it jumps on the ball.

It doesn't. It just keeps walking into the Moneyball but goes nowhere. It actually is capable of blocking other bots if the bots start having pathfinding issues and walk into each other in vain.
