I was reading this Post: exodusesports.com/guides/the-user-interface-controls/ on the general UI of the game. At the end of the segment on Area Commands there is a picture with the text : A fabricator is given an area build for energy storage. These build in a cluster. But the text is missing the information of how to do this (i.e. what are the key or mouse commands). My searches on the web or in the game settings have been fruitless so far, as well as the attempt to find it by trying out combinations in game. So I would be glad if someone can help me out here : )
They used to be built in a cluster by default but it got changed for a line a few? years ago. So there is no magic key for cluster building. Maybe there is a mod about that.
I'm pretty sure storages (as well as anti-nukes and umbrellas) still build in clusters. Just drag click. FYI the reason there are two subforums is *not* so that you can post identical threads in both of them.
