i had this idea(i must admit it was stolen from team-fortress 2): make another class, or let the support guy do this: be able to build turrets anywhere, including in front or in the way of the bots which intern makes them choose a new pathway. the towers still should be destructible. also this way the strategy could be for the players to build towers and a maze for the bots to follow. to make a turret spot, the support guy must make it build-able, and this should cost 1000$ as it is really good to have turrets wherever you want. after the support guy built the spot, anyone can make one of the 4 turrets there. i think this would increase the fun a lot more but its also even as getting 1k cash is relatively hard hope you consider this-phil :!:
I admit, the "tower defense" element drew me into the game a bit, but that seems a bit much. More placements would be nice, though. I just want to keep this game simple, however.
Would basically be impossible to add into the game without completely destroying balance. Imagine people using the glitch to get on top of the annhilator and then building a Longshot turret up there - would be able to hit anyone, anything, anywhere in the map OR people could make "walls" of turrets which make getting into a area impossible due to turret stacking.
