Build Titans option on standard PA

    I'm playing standard PA in single player campaign mode , not the 'Titans' upgrade, but have twice been offered the ability to build Titans using advanced construction units - but when I add the option, there's no way to build them. Just a weird bug, yes?

    It's a bug. The galactic war has the TITANS cards even though it's not supposed to. Will be fixed next update :)
