    Build notes:
    - Less occurences of UI going black after resize
    - Graphics options pre-sets should work as expected now
    - Various icon fixes
    - Fix to the crash that’s been hitting most games tonight
    - Balance:
    * Destroyer damage increased
    * Additional Artillery Balance
    * Commanders will no longer insta heal

    This should fix most occurences of the crash that's been wrecking most games.

    Just a heads up, the Uber Launcher text still says "Current Build: 49053"
