I saw a bug that caused my commander to teleport about half way across the planet, not sure what caused it. Later in the same game, my constructing bots (normal and advanced) started doing the same thing, also floating into space upside down.
I once saw my tanks somehow fallen into a rift located on the other side of the planet from their intended position. Looks like pathfinding have some singular cases that cause it to glitch. Also, not sure if it's the same, there were cases when my sea fabber got built upside down. UPDATE: commander teleport and angle glitch picture.
