[Bug - 49073] Wreckage LOS light doesn't disappear

    I had a group of vehicles be destroyed. The four remaining vehicles left their LOS circles, however when I was constructing a radar (which was offering radar before it was finished -- another bug!) I noticed that they were not able to spot any of the radar blips.
