This is issue #24 on the tracker. Yes, I'm aware the simple solution is to change my password, but this makes the issue no less valid.

This might be tied to the fact tilde (which shares the same key on most keyboards) is linked to the console.

Uber really need to sync all password input rules, on clients, websites.. etc.. and give us the rules, max length, allowed chars.. etc.. To people who have problem login: A alpha-numeric password of 20 chars is working.

Re: [Bug 49073] Unable to enter password containing ` charac I experienced the same issue, my password contained the '.' character, changing it to something without any special characters (shudder) worked. I had lodged an issue before I found this thread, so if anyone wants to head over to http://pa.lennardf1989.com/Tracker/inde ... ask_id=118 and vote the issue up, it will show it's affecting others.

Re: [Bug 49073] Unable to enter password containing ` charac Same problem here but with the "ä" character. In the PALauncher.exe it isn't accepted, everywhere else (forum, store) the password works flawlessly.
Is this still an issue? I want to close http://pa.lennardf1989.com/Tracker/...&sort=desc&pagenum=2&order2=status&sort2=desc if it is fixed by now.
Not anymore, just checked all those symbols. PS: Nice to see that you join me in process of outdated bugs cleaning.
