Found it quite funny that a group of 50 small assault bots along with 10 advanced assault bots just walked into heavy defenses and assassinated the enemy commander . What would the best counter be against that? T2 "Murder" tanks?
Quite boring and effective solution. I wonder what you can counter them with what we have NOW. Do vehicle artillery do splash damage? Not got the chance to test them.

Breaking the engine in the most fun ways possible . Like the horrendous lag a bunched together bots do. Was fun until the commander took with 2/3 of my army in his death D: . Remember kids, enjoy bots in moderation.
When I tried mobile artillery it didn't fire in an arc butt directly up or straight forward if the target was in point blank range effectively making arty useless nano, making sure units work properly is important too
Right now we're more concerned about units sinking into the FLOOR than if they're balanced correctly. SF#57 If you're more concerned with unit balance at this stage than bugs like these then I don't think you understand what the word "Alpha" means in terms of a game.
It doesn't really matter right now, but the catapult is a pretty good counter to unit blobs currently.
I kind of agree with nano: It's more important that units move and shoot the way they are supposed to. How much damage they do or items like that are less relevant.
