Blue screen with MNC Logo glitch

Sometimes i will be searching for a game, it enters and all that happens is i get a blue screen with the MNC logo in the middle, now i cant quit the screen either unless i shut my xbox off or go to the dashboard. It gets really annoying because i usually join up matches with my friend (2 ppl) and it joins games with only 1 opening and im stuck with the blue screen with the logo in it while my friend has actually joined the game.

It's a known issues, and I think listed on Uber's list of known bugs sticky thread...
