Is there going to be one? I don't want to have to listen to the whiny type/sore losers. Seems a trivial thing, but sooo many games forget or just not bother including it. Xcom:EU, can't mute the 'always on' mic either, so you have to listen to them chomping and chewing and breathing heavily. Wargame:EE/Airland, you have to print screen abuse, post the image on the forum, and they will ban people if they want. Rather then put in a block function? Why!!
I would like to have a black list as well, especially when you are the game creator, so those people cannot even join... a lot of my friends would love such a feature as well...
