Black Screen of "Death" post DLC/patch

Since the DLC came out I've been having problem with a black screen it happens at least 5 times a day. It mostly happens in crossfire, whereas in blitz its only happened twice.

What happens is, everything is black screen. I can still hear sound like the game is still running however I can't do anything period. If I hit the guide button about less than 50% of the time it will work so I can go back to dashboard, if it doesn't work Xbox has to be turned off.

The only maps I've had the black screen problem in are the Survivtol and Spunky Cola. I don't know if this is a widespread problem but its rather annoying.
