    Hello gents (& gals)

I am in the middle of shopping for stuff for my family and a little for myself for some black Friday gifts.

Was wondering what you guys might be buying in this holiday window?

Personally, I'm getting a Chef's knife for my brother and potentially a blue tooth for my dad to play around with. Haven't figured out what to gift my mum since she use the "I have everything I need, don't buy me anything" line.

By chance, if any of you guys might know of any good video cards for sell, I would be interested in getting one.

There's plenty of good cards out there. How much are you thinking of spending on one?

$100-$150. if its close to those prices... maybe even 175$

Currently I have a Sapphire Radeon HD 6850. It crashes randomly through games, even through all the driver updates. I'd like to say i'm sort of computer savvy but the more I hear you guys talk about your computers, the little I actually do know.

I'll show the DXdiag to show the rest of the system.

Something along the lines of GTX 660 and Radeon HD 7870 GHz Edition would probably do the job pretty well within the budget.

EDIT: These cards are surprisingly expensive over there.

Looking at those prices and my current budget... I might have to wait for them in a sale.

The Radeon HD 7870 is catching my eyes a little more then NVIDIA. however the card just might be too darn big for my computer... 11.02 x 5.28 x 1.67 (280 x 134 x 42.5). I have a mid-sized tower, so i'm not against getting a nice full sized tower eventually (when I have a full time job).
