I bought the game like a year ago, and it was amazing as I thought. I started playing Galactic War and some skrimishes, and it went just fine. But when I tried playing a custom with a friend, every time our armies (even if in little proportions) met, my screen used to freeze in place. I could move the camera and give orders, but nothing moved on the screen. After some minutes, when the armies stopped, my screen used to be playable again. The strange thing is that I could build even large armies without any problems, which started when I encountered my enemy. I waited a year for new patches, since the game was in beta if I'm not wrong, but I'm still having the same, big, problem.
I've only tried in custom games. I've got the latest drivers installed, and 8 gb ram, which are never full while playing the game.
I would really appreciate if you could please help me with this.

I'm attaching my DxDiag to this post, you might find it useful.
My connection isn't the best, but I usually play on other games with around 90 ping.
    Thank you in advance.

The fact that you can still move the camera around smoothly, but the game play itself is lagging and only during multiplayer seems to indicate that this is network related. You can press <Ctrl>+P repeatedly in PA to show you a bunch of stats. Every time you press that shortcut, it will cycle through client, server, and sim. And it's shows fps for all of those. Next time it happens, can you report back what the numbers say during the lag? Client should be above 30 and the other two should be 10 and 1.

Can you also report the result of http://www.speedtest.net/ ?

You can also check the list of software known to cause trouble here: http://steamcommunity.com/app/233250/discussions/2/558751813508748383/

Thank you for your answer DeathByDenim.
I've already checked through the list of the softwares, I've only got NOD32 but the SSL scanning option was already disabled.
    This is my Speedtest: speedpa.png

And these are the stats during the lags. I have to mention that they seemed the same as when it wasn't lagging, but I might have missed something. Maybe later I will upload other screens, but I can't at the time.

Does this mean it's a connection problem of mine? Can't I solve this by any means? I mean, in other games I have a medium ping, but nothing has ever denied my possibility to play.

The values from the speed test are really low. PA is quite the bandwidth hog due to the huge amount of data it sends back and forth. Especially when there are many units visible, since it needs to send all of the movement and position data of all the units and their projectiles as well.

Ping isn't really much of a problem in RTS games, so having a good or bad ping doesn't matter too much.

As far as I know Uber servers do limit bandwidth at 1Mbit/s, so you are really just short a bit.
I don't know what hardware you are using to access the internet, but most of the routers today have web UIs where you can see the usage of your internet connection. But I'm pretty sure it's your connection.

They don't cap at 1 mbit/s, from a test they cap at ~500kb, where I reach a plateu and network lags start:
The little down is when everything stopped moving, I then gave a move order and it went up again to the peak of ~530KiB/s

So 0.76mbit/s is something like 100KiB/s. That quickly becomes a problem, at the side of netmeter you can see the max usage is more than 4mbit/s
That internet connection isn't any good for any RTS I would suspect.
