I have a headset, so sound is not an issue at all, and I want my cap card to work with it (DVC100). I want a 22", and one with no video lag or anything bad like that. If anyone could link me some of the best ones, I'd really appreciate it.

Anywhere with a bigger selection than Wal-Mart is probably going to have what you want in the price range you're looking for. Hell, about a year ago I walked into Best Buy with pretty much the same criteria and walked out with a decent Insignia LCD.

HD lag is usually a concern for gaming, but if you just play in 480p(or with an S-video input to slightly better quality) it's not as likely to be an issue. If you want even better, go for one with the highest refresh rate possible. Keep in mind though that higher video quality usually means more lag, playing in 1080p is somewhat notorious for this(but damn it looks good!)

You needn't be concerned about capture card compatibility unless you've got some crazy setup that would make sense to a cuckoolander like me or want to play in HD while recording in SD(terribad idea unless you upgrade to a capture card that would cost half or more of what you're willing to spend on a TV). I went over this kind of crap regarding capture cards in detail in another topic here, I'll edit in the link in a sec I guess.
